As a specialized supplier of core components for the liquid cooling supply chain, we fully understand the critical role valves play as the "joints" of a liquid cooling system—they must withstand high pressures while ensuring ultra-low leakage rates. To this end, we have deployed precision machining centers and fully automated test benches, strictly adhering to ISO quality management standards to ensure every valve delivers low flow resistance, exceptional durability, and minimal leakage.

Data Center (IDC) Liquid Cooling:
We provide precision control valves for immersion and cold-plate liquid cooling servers. These valves work with CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units) to achieve dynamic flow balancing for CPU/GPU nodes, helping to reduce PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) to below 1.2.

New Energy Storage Thermal Management:
Our valves are used in containerized energy storage systems and battery pack cold plates. By controlling coolant circulation through high-pressure-resistant valves, we ensure battery cells operate within optimal temperature ranges and prevent thermal runaway.

Power Electronics and Telecommunications:
We serve applications such as SVGs (Static Var Generators), wind power converters, and 5G base station cooling systems, addressing challenges related to freeze protection and sealing in harsh outdoor environments.

Supercomputing and Medical Devices:

Hygienic Food Sector:
Designed for aseptic filling and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, these valves utilize 316L stainless steel and food-grade EPDM/PTFE seals. Featuring a mirror-polished internal finish (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) and a dead-zone-free design to prevent microbial growth, they comply with GMP and FDA standards, ensuring safe shut-off and regulation of high-purity media.

Lithium Battery Sector:
Serving applications such as the synthesis of cathode and anode materials, electrolyte transfer, and temperature control for coating machines. These valves offer high corrosion resistance (withstanding electrolyte solvents like NMP and LiPF₆) and a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +150°C). Combined with high-precision regulation capabilities, they ensure stable flow of cooling media during slurry mixing and calendering processes, thereby enhancing the consistency of electrode sheet coating.
